A NOTE IN THE AFTERGLOW

Time cease to exist as i gazed out of my circumambient. There was still time for the sun to hide his face in the blue. But shadows were already setting in. Sitting near my window sill, my eyes searched over the horizon for eternity. Without doubt, mind was inadvertent. But there was something on the brighter side. It was incipient in whole stretch of  22 odd years, that i was beginning to put my heart along with my surroundings, rather than being confined to a solitary cage that i may have forged out for myself.

The color of the evening sky, a blue-grey composition had begun to enchant me. The transformation within me was so rapid a one that i couldn't help but was appraised about it. I have many a times seen the sun set behind my house, but today it seemed more golden, divine and majestic. As those rays kissed my face and turned me red, i felt the rest of the world black out. It was me,me alone............

oh my holy divine,
provide me thy austere wine,
a piece of bread to feed upon,
a ray of red to shine upon.

Bless me wings to soar up sky,
with the head by and high.
Blot all my hearts' brine,
oh my holy divine,oh my holy divine.

This window sill seemed to have something melancholic about itself. It gave me a frame-shot of my surroundings, with a dozen of it's evenly and sequentially arranged iron rods. Yonder i see a group of dickens playing football. Their yells of happiness and sighs of despair engender an untold happiness within the core.

Without a breath of wind, the nature seems to be waiting for her eternal lover, the silent night. A murder of crows are calling at their mates. I guess it's their tea time :) .

The twilight is setting in......the shadows are deeper now, kiss you a farewell Missy nature ....make love to your squire night...goodbye.........
